PAYMENT TERMS: We accept major credit cards by fax. Terms are only available for businesses with prior credit approval orders. Fax your industry credit references for credit approval. Discount terms are 1.5%/15 days; 30 days net and require that you fax your purchase order with purchase order number and signature.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Terms of payment are money transfer only. All prices are quoted in USD. Insurance will be added to the price of your shipment.
LIMITED WARRANTY: Augie's Fiberglass, INC warranties battery boxes against defects in material and workmanship under normal use of 90 days from date of purchase. This warranty extends to the original purchaser only. Augie's Fiberglass, INC at its option, will at no charge either repair the product, replace it, or refund the purchase price of the product during the warranty period. If the product is replaced, the damaged product must be returned to Augie's Fiberglass, INC within 10 days of receiving the replacement (along with the shipping box).
This warranty does not cover: (a) installation, maintenance, or service of the product; (b) defects or damage from misuse, use in other the normal and customary manner, accident or neglect;(c) defects or damage from improper operation, maintenance, installation, adjustment, alteration, or modification;(d) all surfaces and all other external exposed parts that are scratched or damaged due to normal use.
You must provide proof of purchase (bearing the date of purchase) in order to receive warranty service. The purchaser shall assume all costs of shipping to and from the Manufacturer or his agent and shall be responsible for all losses incurred during shipment. Removal and reinstallation costs are not covered under this warranty. Neither the Manufacturer nor the supplier to the purchaser accept responsibility, legal or otherwise, for incidental or consequential damage to property or persons resulting from the use of this product. Any warranty implied by law, including, but not limited, to implied warranties of merchant ability or fitness, shall be limited to 90 days from the date of original purchase. Whether a claim is made against the manufacturer based on a breach of this warranty or any other type of warranty, expressed or implied by law, the Manufacturer shall in no event be liable for any special, indirect, consequential, or other damages for any nature whatsoever in access of the original purchase price of the product. All warranties by the Manufacturer are set forth herein, and no claim shall be made against the Manufacturer based on any oral warranty or representation.
This warranty sets forth our responsibilities regarding this product. Repair, replacement, or refund of the purchase price, at Augie's Fiberglass, INC option, is your exclusive remedy. THIS WARRANTY IS GIVEN IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES, IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDED WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, IN NO EVENT SHALL AUGIE'S FIBERGLASS, INC BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES IN EXCESS OF THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE BATTERY BOX PRODUCT, FOR ANY LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF TIME, INCONVIENCE, COMMERCIAL LOSS, LOST PROFITS OR SAVINGS, OR OTHER INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE SUCH PRODUCT, THE FULL EXTENT SUCH MAY BE DISCLAIMED BY LAW.
SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS; SO, THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
WARNING: Changes to the design characteristics or parts are not authorized by the Manufacturer and will void any and all warranties. Such changes may create hazardous conditions which can endanger the user and/or his property.
